Meet our doctors at UN City Clinic 

The UN City Clinic has a General Practitioner, a Pediatrician, a Nurse/Administrative Assistant, a Wellbeing Counsellor, a Physiotherapist, and an Acupuncturist.

All personnel are able to book an appointment in the clinic. There is a fee when visiting the General Practitioner and Physiotherapist, but the services of the Wellbeing Counsellor are free of charge.

The UN City Clinic is located in Campus 1, in Finger 3 on the ground floor, in the Corridor of Care.

GENERAL PRACTITIONER

The General Practitioner provides the following services:

  • Primary care
  • Periodical medical examinations
  • Sick-leave documents
  • Referrals to specialist in the Danish Health system
  • Blood test & urine test
  • Travel consultation
  • Vaccinations 
PEDIATRICIAN

The Pediatrician provides the following services:

  • Well Child visits (age birth to 18 years)
  • Teen/Gyn visits. Provide contraception, STD screening, and treatment, as well as a gynecological exam if experiencing any problems with pelvic pain or discharge
  • Prenatal Expectant Parent visits
  • Breastfeeding consultations
  • Vaccination Only visit (outside of Well Child exam visit)
  • Problem/Sick visit/Second Opinion consultation
  • Asthma Follow-Up visits
  • Overweight and underweight/Growth Failure Follow-up visits
WELLBEING COUNSELLOR

The Wellbeing Counsellor provides the following services free of charge:

  • Consultation on private or work-related issues
  • Coaching
  • Stress Management
  • Symptoms of anxiety or depression
  • Challenging work relations
  • Life challenges/grief
  • Acute crises/debriefing
  • Referrals to psychologists in Copenhagen 
PHYSIOTHERAPIST

The Physiotherapist provides the following services:

  • First consultation: Evaluation (includes anamnesis/interview, and examination) and treatment (manual therapy, training therapy, rehabilitation plan, home exercise program etc.)
  • Following consultation: Assessment – continue the plan according to the initial treatment plan or re-evaluate and implement a new plan
